Kunjan is an experienced senior HR professional with over 15 years of experience in Talent and Development, Compensation and Benefits, TUPE, Employment Law, Strategic as well as Operational HR across Biotech, Sports & Media, and IT sectors. Before becoming a permanent member of the team, he worked at Syncona and other portfolio companies as an external HR Consultant. He has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University.
