A key value inflection point (KVIP) is a material de-risking event with the potential to drive significant NAV growth, for example by increasing the possibility of a realisation event such as M&A.

At 30 June 2026, 86.4% of the Life Science Portfolio was in commercial, late-stage and clinical-stage companies. Syncona is funded to deliver all its KVIPs, with four expected by the end of CY2026 and a further four before the end of CY2028.
