Sarah Crabtree

Sarah is Head of Legal (Transactions) at Syncona Investment Management Limited.

Previously, Sarah was Group Corporate and Commercial Counsel at Vue International, one of the world's leading cinema operators in Europe and Taiwan. Prior to that, Sarah was a private equity lawyer based in London, primarily acting for private equity clients on management buy-outs, disposals and exits.

Sarah has an LLB from the University of Nottingham.
