Paul Sekhri

Paul Sekhri is an Executive Partner of Syncona Investment Management Limited.

He brings over 40 years of leadership experience across the global life sciences industry, spanning senior operating roles in multinational pharmaceutical companies, venture-backed biotech firms, and venture capital and private equity organisations.

Paul is Chairman of the Board at Resolution Therapeutics, he is Chairman, President and CEO of vTv Therapeutics and Executive Chairman of Violet Therapeutics. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Veeva Systems, Kayothera and Deep Genomics. He has served on more than 40 public and private company boards throughout his career.

Previously, Paul was President and CEO of eGenesis, where he led significant advancements in xenotransplantation, and President and CEO of Lycera Corporation. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President, Integrated Care at Sanofi, Chief Strategy Officer and Group Executive Vice President, Global Business Development at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, and Operating Partner and Head of the Biotechnology Operating Group at TPG Biotech. He was also Founder, President and CEO of Cerimon Pharmaceuticals, President and Chief Business Officer of ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, and spent five years at Novartis in global leadership roles including Global Head of Business Development and Licensing.
