Rolf is an Executive Partner of Syncona Investment Management Ltd and brings over 30 years’ experience of driving growth, investment and performance improvement across a number of international, technology focused businesses. He was previously CFO of Syncona Investment Management Ltd, prior to which he was CFO at BTG plc where he helped implement the growth strategy and ultimate sale to Boston Scientific for $4.2bn. Prior to this he was CFO at Protherics Plc and held senior finance roles in Cobham plc, Cable & Wireless Plc and PwC. Rolf sits as a non-executive director on the Boards of Nxera Pharma and Biopharma Credit plc.
